At Checkpoint Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and in such cases, we are happy to offer our customers the option to return or exchange their purchases and get a refund, based on the following conditions:
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
To accept the return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, or is incomplete and missing a part or parts.
• If the product is in its original condition, meaning it must be new and unused.
• If the product still includes all original tags and labels.
How to return or exchange a product

Once we receive the product details, we will provide initial approval to proceed with shipping the product to our warehouse. Please place the product securely in its original packaging, attach proof of purchase, and ship it to the following address:

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to use, dirty, incomplete, or missing parts, or for any products bought during sale (discounted more than 50%). These products are not eligible for return or exchange.
After receiving the product and inspecting it, our team will give final approval if the product meets the return and exchange policy conditions.
Return and Exchange Exceptions
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at the customer service number below to arrange for a return or exchange.
Please note that due to differences in computer display screens, we cannot guarantee that the product colors displayed on our website will exactly match the actual product colors.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and approve the return, we will refund the value to the credit card or bank account used in the purchase. This process may take up to fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product.
It may also take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement depending on your credit card provider. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Please note that we cannot refund any taxes or fees paid at the time of purchase. Also, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
