2. Membership

  • Any person whose membership has been canceled by Check Point Store is not permitted to use the store.

  • No member is allowed to create two accounts simultaneously for any reason. The store has the right to freeze or suspend any account it deems in violation.

  • Not include personal contact details (e.g., email or phone numbers) or the name Check Point in your username.

  • Check Point Store will treat your personal information with full confidentiality.

  • You are obligated to update your registration data to keep it accurate and complete. If you provide false or outdated information, Check Point Store has the full right to suspend or cancel your membership and account.

  • Check Point Store has the right to conduct investigations (directly or via third parties) to verify your identity and request additional documentation.

  • Non-compliance with the above may result in suspension or cancellation of your account. We may also delete inactive or unverified accounts.

4. Termination of Terms & Conditions

Check Point Store may suspend or cancel your membership and/or restrict access to the store without affecting its other legal rights in the event of:

  • Breach of the Terms & Conditions.

  • Inability to verify your provided information or payment methods.

  • Activities that may pose legal issues for the store or its users.

  • Suspended users may not register again without prior approval. Any financial liabilities or damages caused to Check Point Store remain enforceable.

Pricing:

  • Prices include VAT applicable on the order date. Any VAT changes will reflect automatically.

13. Delivery

Within Saudi Arabia:

  • Delays may occur during sales or holidays.

  • Shipping charges may apply or be waived depending on promotions.

  • Delivery occurs from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Responsibility transfers to the courier upon shipment.

International Shipping:

  • Customs fees may vary by country.

  • Aramex handles international shipping.

  • VAT is not charged on international orders.

  • The total includes only products and shipping. Customs fees are not covered by Check Point Store.

14. Cancellation Policy

  • These Terms are available in both Arabic and English; the Arabic version governs.

  • Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject to Saudi jurisdiction.

These Terms are created under Saudi law and comply with international legal standards. Disputes will be handled by Saudi courts.
